10. Midship easily accessible staging area for access to tender and / or dock.
11. Designated laundry area.
12. Four spacious, private crew accommodations forward, finished to yacht quality.
13. Crew access companionway direct from accommodations to engine room allowing crew access without disturbing owner and guests.
14. Forepeak converted to crew galley and dining area.
15. Accent recess window panel detail in superstructure sides.
16. Superstructure faired to yacht quality with Awlgrip epoxy filler and painted with Awlgrip finsih. Hull faired, Awlgrip finish.
17. Teak decks on boat deck, midship, side deck, sun deck and aft deck.
18. Exterior stainless steel railings with teak caprails all bulwarks.
19. Re-designed and refit entire interior with Mahogany, in semi-gloss finsih.
20. IVECO 360hp mounted in F'csle powering hydraulic bowthruster and emergency generator.
21. Engine room and machinery area refinished in white to yacht quality.
22. All interior accommodation surfaces spray-polyfoam insulated, all interior machinery spaces rockwool insulated, all covered to yacht quality finish.

All new primary equipment to be added:
1. 2 x Onan generators 99 kW and 1 x Onan 27.5 kW
2. Voltage 220V 60Hz (modifiable to 110V as per owner)
3. Foredeck hydraulic davit 26 ft (8 meters), 6,614 lbs (3,000 kg)
4. 2 x Sea Recovery watermakers
5. Headhunter freshwater pressure system
6. Cruisair air-conditioning system, all quarters and living areas
7. Headhunter toilet system
8. Electrical systems and wiring
9. SOLAS-rated fire detection, CO2 system
